On Monday the 26th: day of June 1727 John Spooner, John Willett, Thomas Butler and William Fenton Esquires appear'd as Attorneys for His Excellency General Hart to make out his Excellency's Right of Possession to Two Hundred Acres of his Plantation in Basseterre Quarter...Notes added in the same hand on 13 July and 21 Aug. 1727--note at end in a later hand signed "I.
