25 March 1737 The Said Chritopher Jeaffreson by [?] demised to ye sayd Charles Pym The sayd Plantation and Premises in St Christopher For ye Term of 500 Years For securing £2200 & [?] dues on Bound bearing [even?] Date there with 27 September 1738 The said Chritopher Jeaffreson charged the Said Estate with ye Payment of ye first Sum of 800 & Interest to ye Charles Pym 13 December 1739 The said Charles Pym by his Will gave his Daughter Priscilla Pym aforesaid Lady Romney all his Estate...
