"Cinq objets principaux doivent partager les Soins et l'attention du Sr. De Lacroix dans les Fonctions qui lui Sont confiées. La Religion, La Justice, La Police, La depense que Sa Maté. ordonne pour les Isles du Vent, et la perception des droits qui y sont établis.
