of her Guardians otherwise to forfeit £1500 of ye sayd £2000th to her oldest brother Christopher Jeaffreson or his Heirs And charged his Real Estate with ye above Sums And ordered that his Estate in ye West Indies his Manor House at Dullingham with ye Manor & perpetual Advowson of ye Vicarage thereof aforesaid be sold towards raising & paying ye above Sums but as to ye Sale of his Manor House at Dullingham to be left [?] to ye discretion of Stuckley Shuckburgh and his wife Eliz Jeaffreson whom he appointed his Executors 7 June 1749 By [?] Robert Lord Romney & ye Said Priscilla his Wife Exc of ye said Charles Pym of 1st part George Brooke Gent ye John Walo Esq of 2nd part & ye said Eliz Jeaffreson Ex of ye Christopher Jeaffreson of 3rd part Reciting ye Said Secretary to ye said Charles Pym and His Death & Wille & ye said Chris Jeaffreson Death & Wille & that ye said Eliz Jeaffreson alone had proved And that by an Account stated both her & Lord Romney and his Wife there appeared to remain deed for Principle & int on ye sayd Securities the Sum of £1963 7s It is [?] that inconsideration of £1963.7 to Lord Romney & his Wife paid by ye Said Eliz Jeaffreson in full of all Principle & Int due on ye sayd recited soc and in 5s apiece to Lord Romney & his Wife paid by Brooke & Walo The said Lord Romney & his Wife by direction of ye said Eliz Jeaffreson assigned to ye Brooke & Walo The said Plantation Manor & Est in St. Christopher To Hold (subject to ye Lease of ye 30th Nov. 1728) to ye sayd Brooke & Walo their Executor & for ye Rem of ye sayd Term of 500 Years In trust for ye sayd Eliz Jeaffreson her Executors Administrators & Assignes To ye Intent that the same might remain liable to answer sayd Purposes in ye Will of ye Said Christopher Jeaffreson discharged of ye said £1963.7 And Reciting that ye the sayd bond of 25 March 1737 in ye Penalty of £4400 continued for Payment of £2200 was lost It is further witnessed that for ye consideration aforesayd the sayd Lord Rommaney & his Wife released ye Said Eliz Jeaffreson from ye Said Bond & all Moneys secured thereby Registered 5th Sept 1749 Book N Page 477 is ye Registrars Office at St. Christophers
